Necessary session mechanisms such as cookies or comparable technologies may be used
for the technical provision of protected areas.
Where information is stored on or read from a user's device, this is done only where strictly necessary
to provide a digital service expressly requested by the user (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
Tracking or advertising cookies are not used.

Backups of user environments and user data may be created for the development platform and email accounts.
These backups are used for recovery in case of technical problems and may be retained for up to one year.

Support requests and tickets

Users may submit support requests through the help system.
The data processed includes, in particular, the email address provided, the content
of the request, timestamps, and any files voluntarily attached to the ticket.
