error analysis, and resolve the reported problem. Ticket contents and attachments
are not published and are not used for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Where a request concerns the use or provision of an offered service, processing
is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other support, security, and error-related requests
are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the
secure and reliable operation of the offered services and the handling of user requests.

Tickets are automatically closed after 30 days without further activity.
Until deletion, a closed ticket may be reopened by the user or by the administrator.
If a ticket is reopened, the inactivity period starts again.
