Closed tickets, including uploaded attachments, are permanently deleted from the
ticket system 90 days after the most recent closure unless they are reopened beforehand
or longer retention is necessary because of a specific security incident, for the
establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or because of a legal obligation.

Users should not submit special categories of personal data or other confidential
information unless such information is necessary to handle the respective request.

Data processing and security

Processing is carried out to provide the offered services, for error analysis,
abuse detection, and ensuring system security.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken
to protect data from unauthorized access.
However, complete security of data transmission and data processing cannot be guaranteed.
