My SO just switched to AT&T Prepaid and I’m helping them secure the account. Looking into it it seems like if you lose your phone you will no longer receive the OTP and you would end up losing your number forever. If this is the case it’s a major flaw. Can anyone say if in person stores are any help with a provided ID? -Book-73
